Web & ShopifyPillar N°01

Stores built to convert.

We fix the real reasons people don't buy. Then build the store around it.

Why most stores don't convert.

Almost never the platform. It comes down to four things, in some combination.

01

Nobody can find you.

No structure for search, no speed budget, no reason for a crawler or a person to stick around.

02

They land, but don't get it.

The page never answers the one question a buyer has in the first four seconds: is this for me?

03

They want to buy, but can't.

Friction in the path: slow steps, unclear stock, checkout forms that fight the customer.

04

They leave. They're gone.

No capture, no follow-up, no reason to return. One visit, zero memory.

Four problems, one playbook

A method, not a guess.

Four phases, every time.

01

Discover

Talk to your customers, your team, your numbers. The brief writes itself once we know who is actually buying.

02

Design

Every page, every word, every photo answers one question: does this make it easier for someone to buy?

03

Build

Performance, mobile and clarity are non-negotiable. Your team sees progress every week on real staging.

04

Grow

Launch is the start, not the finish. We test, measure, fix, repeat. The store gets better every week.

A store that actually converts.

Shopify, WordPress, custom build, or moving from anywhere. Tell us where you are.

FAQ

Questions we get most.

Do you take one pillar on its own, or only the full system?

Either. Most engagements start with one pillar and grow into two or three once the first one is measurably working.

How long does a typical build take?

A single-pillar project usually lands in six to ten weeks. A full system is scoped in phases so something ships every month.

Who actually does the work?

A small senior team in one room. No account layer between you and the people building.

Do you work with businesses outside Qatar?

Yes. Headquartered in Doha, and most of our clients are remote, from the Gulf to Canada. Calls are confirmed by email in your timezone.

What happens after launch?

Launch is the start. Every build ships instrumented, and most clients keep us on a light retainer for tuning and iteration.

Can our in-house team take it over?

That is the point. Tokens, source files, documentation and a working session so your team can run without us.
