AI VisibilityPillar N°02

Be the answer, not a search result.

Be the business ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity recommend when customers ask for what you offer.

Why AI assistants can't see you.

Ask an assistant for the best clinic, store or agency in Doha and it names businesses with confidence. Most Qatar businesses are not on the list. Not because they are worse, but because the assistant cannot read them.

01

Inconsistent entity data.

Name, category, location and services differ across your site, Google profile, directories and socials. Assistants cross-check, and a mismatch reads as unreliable.

02

Nothing quotable.

"Contact us for pricing" is invisible. Pages that answer the question directly, with real numbers, are the ones assistants lift.

03

No corroboration.

No Google reviews, no directory profiles, no press. Assistants lean on third parties as neutral evidence, and there is none.

04

Blocked or unreadable.

A robots.txt that quietly blocks GPTBot, ClaudeBot or PerplexityBot. No schema, no llms.txt, so nothing on the page is a fact a model can use.

Four problems, one playbook

A method, not a guess.

Four phases, every time.

01

Foundations

Google Business Profile completed, Search Console verified, sitemap submitted, robots.txt opened to AI crawlers, llms.txt published.

02

Machine-readable pages

Organization, Service, FAQ and LocalBusiness schema on every service page. Each page answers its core question in the first paragraph, with concrete numbers.

03

Corroboration

Directory listings made consistent, the first reviews requested from real clients, and third-party mentions lined up so assistants find agreement.

04

Arabic and questions

Your most important pages published in proper Arabic, then one article a month answering a question customers actually ask. Rechecked against the assistants every month.

We run the baseline in English and Arabic on ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, screenshot it, and show you the 30-day plan.

FAQ

Questions we get most.

Do you take one pillar on its own, or only the full system?

Either. Most engagements start with one pillar and grow into two or three once the first one is measurably working.

How long does a typical build take?

A single-pillar project usually lands in six to ten weeks. A full system is scoped in phases so something ships every month.

Who actually does the work?

A small senior team in one room. No account layer between you and the people building.

Do you work with businesses outside Qatar?

Yes. Headquartered in Doha, and most of our clients are remote, from the Gulf to Canada. Calls are confirmed by email in your timezone.

What happens after launch?

Launch is the start. Every build ships instrumented, and most clients keep us on a light retainer for tuning and iteration.

Can our in-house team take it over?

That is the point. Tokens, source files, documentation and a working session so your team can run without us.
