AI AgentsPillar N°07

Never miss a customer. Again.

An AI agent on your WhatsApp that answers, books and sells for you, in Arabic and English, around the clock.

Why you lose customers you never even met.

In Qatar, business happens on WhatsApp. When nobody answers, the customer doesn't wait. They message the next place.

01

After hours.

They message at 9 PM. You reply at 10 AM. By then the booking went somewhere else.

02

Scattered channels.

WhatsApp, Instagram, calls. Nothing connected, nothing logged, nothing followed up.

03

Manual everything.

Every booking retyped into a sheet by hand. Every order confirmed by a person.

04

Bots that annoy.

"Press 1" menu bots that customers abandon after the first message.

Four problems, one playbook

A method, not a guess.

Four phases, every time.

FAQ

Questions we get most.

Do you take one pillar on its own, or only the full system?

Either. Most engagements start with one pillar and grow into two or three once the first one is measurably working.

How long does a typical build take?

A single-pillar project usually lands in six to ten weeks. A full system is scoped in phases so something ships every month.

Who actually does the work?

A small senior team in one room. No account layer between you and the people building.

Do you work with businesses outside Qatar?

Yes. Headquartered in Doha, and most of our clients are remote, from the Gulf to Canada. Calls are confirmed by email in your timezone.

What happens after launch?

Launch is the start. Every build ships instrumented, and most clients keep us on a light retainer for tuning and iteration.

Can our in-house team take it over?

That is the point. Tokens, source files, documentation and a working session so your team can run without us.
